Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy

Upon placing your order, we will reasonably process the order commercially. We will endeavor to process your order within 2-3 days after receiving your order confirmation. We will notify you once your order has been shipped.

Shipping

Shipping of products will be done using the method indicated in the order. Title and risk of loss for any or all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Vittag shipment to the shipping carrier.

You confirm that the address at which delivery of the product(s) ordered by You is to be made is correct and proper in all aspects. Suppose a non-delivery occurs because of a mistake by You (i.e., wrong name or address or any other wrong information or non-availability of recipient). In that case, any extra cost incurred by us for re-delivery shall be claimed from You, and You shall bear such expenses. Further, we shall not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to any mishandling by any third-party delivery services provider in transit.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges may vary depending on the packaging size, product, location, and other factors. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery

The shipping and handling charges are given at checkout; consumers will learn about them before making payments.

Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times, and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.

Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. We endeavor to make the products reach you within 7-10 business days from receipt of order and payment, depending on the address for delivery.

Our staff will make order deliveries or third-party couriers and logistics companies or postal services, usually between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

Since the cardholder authorizes the transactions, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided when placing the order.

We are not responsible for damage to products after delivery.

All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the Contact Us page on the web store. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.

 If your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours, or else we cannot process your request.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order you place at our discretion, regardless of whether such order has been confirmed and the payment regarding that order has been received. Any payment you make shall be entirely refunded upon cancellation.

You may cancel any order you place before the order has been dispatched.
