Returns, Refund, and Replacement

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of order confirmation (excluding Saturday and Sunday) if your order has yet to be shipped.

 

No cancellations are allowed for products that have been obtained on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers, so cancellations are impossible.)

You can cancel an order using the following steps:

Option 1- Write to our customer support team at support@vittag.com

Option 2- Call us on 18005728224 (Monday to Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m)

 

If the order has been shipped, we will consider the cancellation on a case-to-case basis. A cancellation charge of Rs. 500 will be levied after the order is completed/shipped. In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 30 business days after we duly process the cancellation request. In case of cancellation, we process the refund immediately. It takes 3-5 days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your mode of payment.

 

We will only consider returns/replacements/refunds if your order(s) is in a damaged/defective state or if you’ve received an incorrect product. Such products will only be considered if they are in their original packaging and unused and sealed.

 

Note: Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. If the product is damaged due to mishandling.
  2. If the product has been used or altered.
  3. If a request is initiated two business days after order delivery,

Once a successful return request has been raised, we shall make three attempts to pick up the order. If we fail to pick up the order due to the unavailability of the three attempts made, the return request shall stand canceled, and you shall not be entitled to a refund.
